At The Retreat at Little Oaks, your wellness journey is guided by Mark, a highly experienced teacher and therapist with more than two decades of professional practice in movement and bodywork.
Mark is a Studio Master Teacher with Body Control Pilates, one of the most respected training organisations in Europe, and a Qualified Upledger Craniosacral Therapist with international certification. He also holds specialist qualifications in BackCare, hypermobility, and pre- and post-natal Pilates, making his skillset uniquely broad and inclusive.
